WE ARE THE FULL SERVICE RESPONSE COMPANY

Emergency Management Planning

In the event of any emergency the most important factor of first response is planning. Through our F.E.M.A. trained and certified staff we can provide you with the quick and effective response actions needed to minimize the impact. When every moment counts LGIs’ trained professionals will keep you one step ahead of the situation, with our network of supply associates we can provide your situation with what you need, when you need it.

Operational Control

The ability to maintain an in house marine division, along with logistics, and financial staff is one of the main factors LGI is able to operate with such efficiency in the event of a disaster. LGIs’ team of emergency section chiefs and deputies has the knowledge to conduct every aspect of the operations section while incorporating local assets into the Incident Command from beginning to end.

Logistics and Supply

During a disaster situation most companies believe that providing you with products would be enough, but at LGI we go beyond supply. In recent disasters LGI has noticed an ever-widening gap between manufacturers and those in need of supplies, this is why our relationships with hundreds of vendors allows us to provide you with exactly what your situation demands at a moment’s notice.

Safety Personnel and Training

LGI has an ongoing, successful safety program that focuses on training to ensure that our workers recognize and manage unsafe workplace conditions. We are committed to providing our employees with the proper training necessary to ensure that they can perform their jobs without placing themselves at risk of injury. All employees receive safety training which includes HAZWOPER certification upon employment and ongoing training throughout their stay. All personnel are responsible for ensuring compliance with our safety program. To ensure policy conformance during debris removal operations, the training, verification, communication, and reporting needs are identified within the safety program.

Finance and Administration

One of the most difficult and often overlooked aspects of any emergency management situation is funding. A Disaster of any type can be an overwhelming burden on many smaller companies; this is the most important reason to choose a company such as LGI. With the size and financial strength to see that the event and those affected by it can rest assured that the job will be completed on time and within budget.

Aside from our financial independence LGI maintains a full time staff of Certified Public Accountants, Payroll Specialist, Bookkeepers, and Legal Representatives to assist  us in fulfilling all obligations above and beyond expectations.
